Loon Kombucha is a relatively new company that sells a unique blend of fermented tea drinks. The business has worked its way up to 150 kegs - a 2000% growth since the company’s inception. Loon Kombucha started selling its products at local farmer’s markets and events.
The company was in need of an effective strategy to market its new products. The purpose of this project was for the potential to develop an effective, measurable, marketing plan that will create a positive buzz surrounding the product and translate into leads and sales during the awareness phase of the brand. The team developed a fully integrated marketing communication plan to generate awareness surrounding the product (locations, pricing, flavours, ingredients etc.) and generate leads through live events & social media marketing campaigns. The brand experienced 93% more interaction with its social media posts after implementing the plan and gained a strong group of new followers engaging with content within the first 5 days of the launch.
Responsibilities: Project Manager - Time management, Assisting with the design concept and overarching strategy, creating an effective social media strategy & content calendar, audit (organization & competitors), budgeting, client communication, group organization, ensuring project aligned with company goals, background research. Product placement, revamp, product display and design. Additional Responsibilities: Proofreading, calendar plan development, content development & creation: developing a podcast, competitive analysis, background research, SWOT analysis and social media audit (organization & competitors).
