Parfait, a recently established local eatery in Kingston, Ontario. Giving residents a luxury frozen  dessert experience.
Initially, the company did not have a clearly defined communication strategy or target audience. A team of interactive marketing professionals
collaborated on the project to seek out the best solution. We observed how users interacted with the brand online and through a combination of research and interviews with local residents, the team was able to devise a content marketing plan with a focus on social media. A strategy for posting was defined and a structured content calendar was created for scheduled engagement with the client's audience. The intent was to build awareness and establish them within the community through recommended partnership opportunities with other businesses and schools. Responsibilities: designing documents, creating creative social media strategies, developing customer profiles, calendar plan development, content development & creation: developing a podcast, conceptualizing social media content, competitive analysis, background research, SWOT analysis and social media audit (organization & competitors).
